Terms and Conditions

By joining IceAffiliates, affiliates agree to promote only approved brands using provided Marketing Materials. Traffic must comply with Applicable Laws and exclude Prohibited Territories. Brand bidding, spam, fraud, and incentivized traffic are strictly prohibited.

Commissions include Revenue Share, CPA, or Hybrid models, defined in a Negotiated Plan or IO. Net Revenue calculations deduct winnings, bonuses, payment fees, and taxes. Payments are issued monthly in EUR, with a EUR 500 minimum withdrawal threshold. CPA traffic requires at least 50% repeat deposits to qualify for payment.

• Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
• The Company may suspend accounts or withhold payments during fraud investigations.
• Either party can terminate the agreement with 24 hours notice via email to [email protected].
• The agreement is governed by Maltese law with exclusive jurisdiction in Malta courts.
